TowerBridgePoem

Dark waters seemed to stretch
Unhindered and untamed
For miles and miles ahead.
Yet each bank was connected-
By two sparkling towers of blue,
Rooted firmly to the ground
With  golden ropes of light.
Two ropes then merged together
A set at each tower;
Stretching  out into a straight line
They then met at the center,
connecting the blue twins
To one another!
